OUR PATH TO THERMOPLASTIC ELASTOMER EXPERTISE
Entech, Inc. began as a tire recycling business in 1995. Always innovating and investing forward, the company expanded services over the years to include transportation, machinery and tooling. Full-time lab personnel consult and participate in organizations such as American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM). This sophistication and quality focused approach enabled the team of over 100 professionals to produce refined, micronized, all black rubber that is ideal for thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) applications.
The TPE Value Enhancement Program was created in 2015 as a fully vertical process for adding elastomeric properties to thermoplastic injection molded, extruded or vacuum formed parts without expensive polymers. It is also equally effective at offering product designers an alternative to thermoset rubber parts.
Entech’s team specializes in compounding PP copolymers, TPE’s and micronized rubber powder (MRP). This unique offering is supported by turn-key product design, injection molding tooling, prototyping, testing and injection molding services.
A key component to Entech’s vertical integration is their sister company, Jomar Machining and Fabricating. Founded in 1992, Jomar became part of the Entech Inc. family of companies in January 2007.
